Dear Sirs,
It is our pleasure to invite you to participate in the Laser Helsinki
2008 Congress which will take place in Helsinki, Finland on 23-24
August 2008, with pre- and post-congress courses on 22nd and 25th of August
2008.
The Laser Helsinki 2008 Congress is organized by the EMLA (European Medical
Laser Association) in conjunction with EMLA Finland and MAL (Medical Acupuncture
and Laser) and in cooperation with ASLMS (American Society for Laser Medicine
and Surgery). It will take place in the Paasitorni Congress Centre, a unique
congress and conference complex in the heart of Helsinki.
The current meeting is the thirteenth Congress, organized by EMLA. Since 1983
EMLA congresses have been held in different cities and countries of Europe, and
they traditionally invite attention of laser professionals from Europe and other
parts of the world. More than 150 professionals from over 25 countries
participated at the recent 12th congress in Prague (Czech Republic), about 100
oral and poster presentations covered the latest advance in the areas of laser
surgery, laser therapy, photodynamic medicine, laser cosmetology and other areas
of medical laser application.
We expect about 200-300 participants from the field of laser medicine and
laser sciences. Participation of the selected invited speakers and top
specialists in the field from all over Europe, USA, Japan, other countries
guarantee a high level of the congress.
Considering the involvement of your company in laser medicine, we
wish to invite you to present your company during the congress as an exhibitor
or consider possibility to sponsor it.
Needless to say that sponsors will be offered numerous promotion
opportunities and the use of the exhibition area. Several convenient areas are
reserved for exhibition, including foyer and lobby of the Congress Hall, as well
as the morning and afternoon coffee-break room, totally about 300 square metres.
Additional areas near the restaurant are also available.
The organisers will be deeply obliged to your company and to you personally
if you kindly choose to contribute your sponsorship thus adding to the success
of the Congress, by taking up the above offer. Of course, there are actually no
limits to any form of sponsorship so we would be happy to accept any suggestion
you may have in this respect.
